Maintenance
Clean the glass with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive or abrasive products and avoid prolonged direct sun exposure.
Durability
According to the product specifications, the tempered glass used is 5× more resistant to breakage than standard glass.
Additional information
A custom size can only be requested for project orders and larger quantities according to the product specifications. Outdoor use is possible, but weather conditions can shorten its lifespan.
How is the artwork delivered?
The package contains the glass artwork, the steel mounting hardware, and the instructions for use.
We process your order within 24 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. The expected delivery time is 3–5 business days and shipping is free.
We ship insured. Does your order arrive damaged or does something go wrong during transit? Please contact us. We will provide a suitable solution and, if necessary, send a new product free of charge.
After receiving your order, you can submit a return request within 30 days via your customer account. You can easily start the return request from your order.
The costs for returning are at the customer's expense. After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed.
